Located southwest of the Las Vegas Strip, this mixed-use development includes 1,350 residential units, retail and office spaces, and underground parking.
The project’s axial organization maximizes views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains while providing a series of central outdoor amenity spaces. The commercial buildings flank a public plaza at the prominent north/east corner of the site that is activated by restaurants and an outdoor performance venue. Large gardens with pools and amenity spaces continue along the diagonal axis through the housing, providing abundant outdoor gathering areas to create a sense of community and encourage interaction.
