This collection of ten townhomes rests atop a steep hillside and is positioned to capture sweeping views of Downtown San Diego. The homes sit above a parking level that cantilevers over the slope, allowing the residences to extend outward toward the skyline.
Each three-story unit is organized around the view, subtly staggered to maximize sightlines while maintaining privacy between neighbors. The ground floors feature an open kitchen, dining, and living area that flows onto private patios, with planting providing separation between units. Above, primary and secondary bedrooms are similarly oriented toward the views, with the primary suites opening to private decks offering outdoor seating areas. The building’s stone and block materiality give the architecture a grounded, earthy character that roots the building within the hillside and surrounding landscape.
