Kevin joined Safdie Rabines in 2002 after obtaining his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. His passion for delivering an impeccable amalgamation of programming and design is complemented by his expertise in phased construction, fast timelines and hard deadlines. As project manager on the 3-phase QUAD student housing project, Kevin delivered three phases in 3 years. He supervised the recently completed Block C, a 197-unit, mixed-use residential project; and is currently managing multiple projects including the Marine Conservation Facility and North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood. Kevin is driven by his ultimate goal; “to deliver a well-conceived and functional design that exceeds our client’s vision.”
